sooooo... hey guys. What was the reason for the site transfer anyways?

The reason for the site transfer was to put the domain (clankor.net) on my server so I actually had access to important information (such as PHP versions, MySQL versions, etc) along with control over various aspects of the administration of the server which would be needed for future development. The problem has come in PCTechNerd not wanting to go through a formal transfer of the domain to my ownership for some reason. When it was going to be expiring on March 8th, he said he would transfer it that way. Upon further investigation, it turns out a domain doesn't expire to the point that a new person can acquire it until 75 days after it's gone offline. So unless I can get PCTechNerd to respond to me, we may be stuck using this temporary domain until the summer or we'd need to get a new domain name.

Well look at it this way, at least we'll have the site back to running properly by the end of May. From the looks of it, we'll have the new version of the site usable by then too. It will still need some areas developed, but it will be in a usable fashion. It basically is now. Just needs a few minor tweaks.
