I would think that 136kbps would still be enough to handle running your PS3. Papa's speed is fucking amazing (I didn't even get that speed at my college) and I've run down around the 130kbps before without too many complications. Can you run one of those speedtests on your PS3?? Also, pay attention to the max latency. It should be measured in ms. Let me know all the stats.

i did mine and its 7.48 mbps thats on the first one and the second one is 8525 kbps

i didn't know where to post this and i didnt want to make a new thread so this seemed like a good place. My ps3 has been down for about a week now and we finally came to a decision as to how to fix it, rather than risk trying to fix it ourselves, we've decided to send it through sony with the warranty. They are sending some sort of box with shipping instructions and stuff so that we ship it to them for free. The box will be here in 3-4 days, then when the recieve the ps3, they will send us a NEW PS3 in 7-10 days. This really sucks cause i wanted to get going with r6v soon. Oh well, i'll be ready, game-in-hand to play and get caught up once it gets here.
