i been playing oblivion for a while and it has only frozen about 2 times on me

My Oblivion copy has never frozen and i had played like 50 hours until i got bored of it and went back to Resistance. :p

Well just to keep you guys updated, I just got my box today, and I am sending it out on Friday.  So I should get my ps3 back 3-5 buisness days from Friday.
